There are 2 ways to get a Cox Fanny:
1) Add the in-stock version to your cart and she's yours. This version does not have the water bladder. The version you'll get can be viewed on this Video.
2) Order a custom Cox Fanny to your selected specs. The order Form will walk you through the process and show you all the options to build your custom pack.
Prices range from $100 to $250+ depending on features.
